Northstar Meetings Group is excited to announce that Small & Boutique Meetings will take place Oct. 12–14, 2025, at the Marriott Downtown Knoxville in Knoxville, Tenn. This exclusive hosted-buyer event is tailored for meetings of 100 room nights or fewer on peak, bringing together top-tier destinations and suppliers with qualified planners seeking innovative ideas and venues for their small and boutique programs across the U.S. and beyond.
Following the overwhelming demand and two sold-out shows, this third installment was added to meet growing interest. Attendees can expect one-to-one appointments, immersive networking experiences and expert-led education — all within the signature intimate setting that defines the Small & Boutique Meetings experience.
