Education: Creating an Oasis of Well-Being

Presented by Laura Putnam
Sponsored by Goodman Speaker Management and Goodman Speakers

What does well-being have to do with meetings and events? Everything. People are craving more meaning, more flexibility, and more attention to their physical and emotional wellness. Those priorities take precedence at home, at work and everywhere in between. In the time of the Great Resignation, people are removing themselves from unfulfilling or toxic environments. Every leader — and every individual — must understand how to prioritize the well-being of others and themselves. Join Laura Putnam, author of Workplace Wellness that Works, for a very candid conversation about how this imperative plays a role in your world.

Participants will learn to:

  • Acknowledge the impact of the pandemic and find hope for moving forward
  • Understand how organizations and leaders can — and should — do more to support employees
  • Create a meeting environment with minimal stressors and maximum serenity
  • Identify ways to improve your personal well-being
