She became an Experience Design Master Designer in 2016 and continually champions the design principles internally and externally to solve current issues.

Prior to that, spent 20 years with HelmsBriscoe as Vice President responsible for the West Coast sales team of over 150 sales associates. She began her 30-year career in hospitality in Hyatt Hotels' sales and catering department.
