Mariano previously worked with the Hyatt Hotels Corp. and is known for building positive, long-lasting relationships and for creating memorable experiences in a collaborative and meaningful way.

She joined PCMA's Events team in 2014 to help elevate the organization's food-and-beverage experiences, work with the PCMA Foundation team on the Visionary Awards and manage event logistics for the Global Professionals Conference.
