Event technology giant Cvent announced its 2026 rankings for the Top Meeting Destinations and Top Meeting Hotels globally, revealing the lists this week at IMEX Frankfurt. The rankings, which are based on insights from the sourcing activity across Cvent's global platforms, are broken down by region and include top spots in North America, Europe, Asia Pacific, the Middle East and Africa, and Latin America and the Caribbean. Top Meeting Venues and Top Meeting Vendors are also compiled for North America and the U.K.
Cvent saw a record $20 billion in sourcing activity across its global platforms in 2025.
Top Meeting Destinations in North America
Orlando has claimed the number-one spot for the 11th consecutive year, with some other familiar faces jockeying for position among the top 10. The top 10 are:

- San Diego
- New York City
- Austin
- Washington, D.C.
Top Meeting Hotels in North America
The JW Marriott Austin claimed the top spot this year, rising four spots year over year and taking on a lead role in a bustling city that's reconstructing its convention center. The Gaylord brand did exceptionally well this year, with three properties in the top 10.

Globally, London was number one in Europe, Singapore took the top spot in Asia Pacific, Dubai was ranked highest in the Middle East and Africa, and Cancún and the Riviera Maya are número uno in Latin America and the Caribbean.
