Collaborating With AI to Solve Event Challenges

Join us to workshop a real-world problem by crafting an AI solution in real time.

This webinar takes place on September 2, 2026.

How do you get useful insight from AI? This interactive webinar shows event professionals how to turn AI from a generic advice machine into a collaborative thinking partner for the hardest parts of the job. Working with a real planner scenario, we’ll build a custom GPT to solve for a planner challenge and use voice AI to work through a crisis in real time.

Planners will learn:

  • Why their experience and judgment are what can make AI genuinely useful
  • A repeatable way to think through their challenges with AI
  • How to build their own GPT to tackle those challenges, with a short tutorial download they can refer to later
