Andy Schwarz is vice president, content & communications, for the Incentive Research Foundation, an organization that funds and promotes research to increase the understanding, effective use, and benefits of incentives to businesses globally. In his role, he works with a team of researchers to distill complex research and data into accessible, actionable insights. That research is the basis for reports and education programs delivered both virtually and at incentive-level live events. Each year, the IRF releases 10 - 12 studies on industry trends, benchmarks, best practices, and insights.

In her role as chief revenue officer for One10, a leader in performance improvement and marketing services in North America, Richelle Suver oversees the company’s go-to-market strategy and growth strategy for its global offerings, including travel & events, marketing services and incentives and recognition. Suver brings a seasoned background to One10, having held leadership positions in travel operations, marketing, sales and product management for enterprise recognition and incentive technology solutions. She is an active member of Wiin Global (Women in Incentives Network), a board member for Ashland University, Women in Technology International, and a board member and mentor for the Incentive Research Foundation's Accelerate program. She was named one of Northstar Meetings Group’s “15 Event Professionals Making an Impact.” Over the last 25 years, Suver has published articles and spoken on incentive and recognition best practices. Previously, Suver has worked for MotivAction in Minneapolis; Canadian loyalty analytics company Amia; Excellence in Motivation; Teradata, and incentive cruise firm Landry & Kling.
