SPEAKERS
Anna Abdelnoor
Founder of ISLA, Creator of TRACE by Isla
Anna Abdelnoor is the founder of ISLA, an advisory body for sustainable events, and TRACE by Isla, the emissions-insights platform used across the global events industry. Working across sustainability, risk, data and business reality, Abdelnoor supports
organizers, venues and agencies to make sense of how environmental risk shows up in operational decision-making, financial resilience and long-term business continuity.
She is known for asking difficult questions and pushing the industry to move faster where the stakes already are clear. Her approach is pragmatic and systems-led, grounded in the belief that progress only happens when accountability is
owned, and decisions are made, where power actually sits. Abdelnoor regularly speaks on focusing on outcomes over optics, the role of data in better decisions, and what it takes to turn intention into reality.
