Ashley Brooke James is a keynote speaker, moderator and wellness strategist recognized as a 2025 Nashville Lifestyle Women in Business Honoree. As cofounder of Triluna, a wellness-experiences company, James aims to redefine corporate and event wellness through intentional mindfulness, movement and community-centered engagement. James has collaborated with such brands as Amazon, LinkedIn and the NFL, and has taken the stage at TEDx Nashville, Meeting Professionals International's 2025 World Education Conference, and at numerous other national industry events. She currently serves as president-elect of MPI's Tennessee chapter. Known for her warm presence and ability to connect with diverse audiences, James’s mission is to help people feel seen, safe and supported — so they can lead healthier, more balanced lives.

Johanna Roodt is an award-winning global event strategist, association leader, coach and well-being consultant specializing in participant-centered meeting design. With more than 15 years of international experience, she helps organizations create meetings where every attendee feels included, engaged, energized and genuinely welcome. Her practical, budget-conscious strategies work for events of all sizes and formats, proving that meaningful wellness integration doesn’t require extra budget. Roodt is a certified Mental Health First Aider, instructor and internationally recognized coach, as well as cocreator of the first certified Mental Wellbeing Certification specifically for Event Professionals. A frequent speaker at industry events and beyond, Johanna’s team won the 2025 Event Innovation Award for forward-thinking meeting design. She now serves on the judging panels of two international event-award bodies.
