The CCi provides updated data on key site-selection factors for top markets in the U.S. and around the world, including hotel costs, the amount of convention center exhibit space available, the city's total hotel rooms, the average hotel cost, the travel time from the nearest international airport to the convention center, the number of direct flights into the destination per month, and the city's safety level for travelers. Planners can use the CCi to compare destinations and make informed decisions about which cities best meet the unique needs of their group.
This interactive session will provide an exclusive, behind-the-scenes look at the data for the 2023 Convention Cities Index. Northstar Meetings Group's senior editor Elise Schoening will reveal the 25 U.S. cities and top 25 global cities that scored the highest on this year's list and discuss how key factors like hotel costs and airlift are changing.
