As director, special markets at Seiko Watch of America, Jeffrey Brenner has been a part of the incentive and recognition industry for more than 25 years and has been associated with luxury brands throughout his career. He currently serves as executive vice president on the Incentive Marketing Association's executive committee and is past president of Incentive Merchandise to Reward and Appreciate, the premium incentive merchandise industries association.
Annette Gregg

Society for Incentive Travel Excellence
As CEO of the Society for Incentive Travel Excellence, Annette Gregg leads the organization’s 2,700 global members, as well as the SITE Foundation. She has an extensive background in the meetings and hospitality industry, serving in executive-level positions for corporations, associations and nonprofits. She regularly delivers keynotes on a number of topics, such as diversity and unconscious bias, promoting women in the workplace, and a variety of professional development topics. Gregg is an honoree from Women in Tourism and Hospitality, and has won the Coach Award for the Association of Women in Events; other accolades include being named a Northstar Meetings Industry Influencer, and Planner of the Year for MPI San Diego.
