PRA Acquires Hawaii-Based Weil & Associates

PRA, a leading event management firm, has acquired Weil & Associates, a destination management company covering the Hawaiian market, expanding PRA's reach in this incentive location. Weil & Associates founder Debbie Weil-Manuma will lead the rebranded PRA Hawai‘i.

Founded in 2002, Weil specializes in event design, incentive programs, transportation solutions, excursions, and a wide variety of interactive activities and experiences unique to the Hawaiian market. Weil has established strategic relationships with many hotel brands, event venues and hundreds of business partners throughout the region.

The acquisition is the first by PRA since being purchased by EagleTree Capital in February 2023, and is an important step in executing PRA’s growth plan.
