She came to the IRF from her position as managing consultant of the Employee Engagement Practice at Maritz. Van Dyke was selected as been honored as a Top 100 HR Influencer, Northstar Meetings Group's 25 Most Influential People in the Incentive Industry, BizBash Top 500 Leaders in Events, a Perennial Leader in the Meetings Industry and has authored the chapter on "Nonmonetary Awards: Experiential, Tangible, and Cash Equivalent Awards" in the sixth edition of the Compensation Handbook.
