3 ways to make your event badges interactive.
Hello starts here.
Looking to make event registration fun and engaging? Here are three easy ways to make name tags interactive to support networking, drive exhibitor traffic and gamify the attendee experience!
TURN BADGES INTO AN ACTIVITY
Add a pocket to the back of the badge and insert free drink tickets, a meal voucher or raffle tickets. Or, have attendees write an answer to a fun prompt on their badge (e.g., “My passion is ...” or “Ask me about ...”). For a creative twist, create a “decorate your badge” station with art supplies.
GIVE YOUR BADGES A DUAL PURPOSE
Use badges with perforated sections, like the Snap Pass, to include snap-off drink tickets, meal vouchers or raffle entries! You can also add a pocket and stick freebies in the back for attendees to reference or use later in the day.
GAMIFY ATTENDEE NETWORKING
Increase foot traffic in the exhibit hall by printing a bingo card on the back of the badge. Attendees can collect stickers from sponsors to earn a “bingo,” then show their completed card to event staff to earn a raffle ticket.
