HONORING OUR PAST. INSPIRING OUR FUTURE. LEGACY ROOTED IN INNOVATION

Originally known as Windrose Farm, the property was founded by Harry Arthur Hopf, a pioneer in management consulting.

He envisioned it as a retreat where leaders and forward-thinkers could gather to reflect, recharge and grow, a spirit that continues to inspire us today.

In 1954, General Electric acquired Windrose Farm. Under the leadership of CEOs such as Jack Welch and others, the campus was fundamentally reimagined over the decades.

Though our name has evolved, our loyalty to our mission holds firm. Our commitment to exceptional service, seamless execution and individualized attention remains steadfast.
