Discover Vail

With walkable villages, mountain appeal and built-in experiences that help you create seamless events, Vail is made for meetings

A view of a small town from the top of a hill. We can see buildings with windows, trees, plants with flowers, vehicles on the road, and people walking around. In the background, there are hills and a sky with clouds and the sun. There is also a vase with a flower in it.

WHY CHOOSE VAIL?

As a meeting destination, Vail offers an environment where everything is connected and agendas flow easily. Meeting venues, world-class lodging, dining and team-building opportunities are all located within Vail Village and Lionshead Village. Groups can move easily between sessions, networking events and recreational activities, making professional programs simple to manage.

A DESTINATION THAT DELIVERS

A group of people walking down a street lined with tall buildings. Some of the people are wearing bags, and there are umbrellas providing shade from the sun. On the right side of the street, there is a stone wall with plants and trees. In the background, there are buildings with windows, railings, light poles, bicycles, and boards with text., image

When the destination influences registration numbers, Vail works in your favor. As one of North America’s most recognizable mountain destinations, Vail drives participation. It gives added prestige to C-suite meetings, incentive programs and leadership gatherings before the program even begins. Attendees arrive already engaged and looking forward to their event.

MORE ROOM TO MEET

A large conference room with a long wooden table and chairs surrounded by cabinetry. On the table there are bowls, name boards, and other objects. The room is illuminated by lights hanging from the ceiling and there is a photo frame on the wall. Through the large window in the background, we can see trees, plants, and a road., image

Located between the two main villages, the newly redeveloped Dobson Arena expands what’s possible for meetings in Vail.

Planners have more space and flexibility for larger general sessions, keynote presentations and exhibitions. Agendas can open at Dobson, break out across hotel meeting rooms and close with dinner on Bridge Street.

Vail’s year-round programming supports opportunities for connection, team building and networking. Guided hikes, outdoor concerts, ski clinics, MICHELIN-recommended restaurants and après gatherings: Vail gives groups something to look forward to beyond the conference room.

Plus, the welcoming, walkable infrastructure reduces transportation complexity while creating a safer experience for all.
