In 2025, PHLCVB and the Pennsylvania Convention Center implemented a Strategic Alliance Sales Model, centralizing sales and contracting under one team providing planners with a single point of contact, faster response times and streamlined coordination. Recent upgrades also include a state-of-the-art executive boardroom and 150+ digital screens to enhance branding, wayfinding and attendee engagement throughout the facility.
