Engagement solutions company expands headquarters and opens new tech office

ITA Group, the global engagement solutions company based in West Des Moines, IA, has announced that it has launched an office in Phoenix for its technology team members and has expanded its headquarters. The announcement comes as the organization has grown to more than 600 employees nationally, representing an expansion of almost 16 percent over the past 18 months.

The company's portfolio of solutions includes: strategic events and incentive travel; wholesale distributor, channel, sales and service incentives; employee engagement and wellbeing; and award fulfillment, with clients in industries including automotive, financial and banking, healthcare, insurance, manufacturing, pharmaceutical, and telecommunications.

Mahoney emphasized that not only does ITA Group help motivate its clients, but its own employees as well. The company implemented its Strive5 solution, which drove a 38 percent increase in employee recognition across the company, according to ITA Group.
