Arianna is the CEO and cofounder of Matchbox Virtual Media, a virtual production company run by a team that is passionate about hosting conversations that matter. Her humble entrepreneurial spirit blossomed at the young age of 7, when she earned $1.15 (or $1.74, adjusting for inflation) by renting out art supplies to her underwhelmed neighbors. Fast forward a few years, and Arianna found herself establishing and growing a digital publication and online community for association professionals. It was in this context that she created her first virtual conference. Her passion lies in bringing people together to co-create.
